Refund policy

At Sundelle, we’re committed to providing a customer-focused return policy, allowing 90 days from the date of item receipt for eligible returns. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging with tags intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at sales@sundelle.com.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to proceed. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom or personal care items, hazardous materials, and sale items, are non-returnable. However, we do offer exchanges; simply return the item and place a new order.

Our refund process is quick and straightforward. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us at sales@sundelle.com for assistance.
